I joined the BT crew around a year ago after finally realising that I wasn't seeing results from my own gym program and average eating habits. My goals were different to most people in the BT crew, as weight loss wasn't an issue for me- it was trying to put weight on and keep it there. Matt and Alex have been amazing in helping me on my journey towards my goals by challenging me every week, and encouraging me when I thought I couldn't do it. I've put on 6kgs of muscle in the past year, reduced my body fat % to below 15 and gained lots of strength. Can't thank these two enough for all their guidance, and I'm looking forward to seeing what else is in store!
